GS Imaging is now offering people the opportunity to make online payments for preschool photography packages.

The processing of the payment, and handling of your personal information, is managed through the PayPal system. Please follow the instructions below to complete an online payment.

1. Check which packages you wish to purchase on the envelope provided by your preschool.

2. Select the package and matching value you wish to purchase from the drop down box.

3. Type in the name of your preschool or centre in the first text box, along with the suburb your centre is located..

4. Enter your child’s name and group (or room name) in the second text box.

5. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.

7. This will take you to the PayPal screen, where you can check the details. Note that a $1.50 processing fee will be added to the total amount owing.

8. If you would like to add additional packages, or have a second child to make a payment for click on the “continue shopping” button on the PayPal screen. This will take you back to this web page where you can add further packages (steps 1 to 5)

9. Once you have completed adding packages and the details are correct click on the “check out” or “check out with PayPal” buttons and navigate through the Paypal screens to make the final payment.

10. Print out a copy of your Paypal receipt with the transaction ID number.

11. Write your transaction ID number in the space provided on your child’s envelope.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A TRANSACTION ID NUMBER, WRITE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE SPACE PROVIDED

12. The envelope must be handed to the Photographer on photo day.
